A Five course "Feast of Fields" style dinner prepared by Chef Ryan and Melissa Leitch. Each course will be feature local organic vegetables, meats and fish. The philosophy of this dinner is how to eat amazing food that is substainable and sources within the sea to sky corridor. The dinner with be paired with wines from Siren's Call and The Escapist all from the B.C. Wine Studio.
