Nourish: Platform for ideas that are ancient, delicious and fresh. 

For omnivores dedicated to learning more, this session teaches anyone how to source and prepare meals ensuring the best, and often overlooked nourishing cuts of meat are highlighted. Executive Chef, Dean Hossack, brings a focus and passion to fresh, local food and has developed important and symbiotic relationships with local farmers and growers throughout the Sea to Sky region. Farm to table creations is one of his great culinary passions.  Presenting in partnership with Rootdown Organic Farm, farmers dedicated to raising livestock ethically and sustainably, together they will demonstrate these nourishing and delicious techniques and traditions.
